CQ offers both premise-based and hosted VOIP (voice over internet protocol) solutions depending on the needs and desires of the customer. Whether you choose to utilize CQ cloud phones or bring your own IP phones, CQ aims to provide superior customer service for all of our customers throughout the United States and Canada. Since 1997 CQ started serving customers locally in the Midland, MI market but now we provide services from coast to coast both in voice and as a managed service provider.

Dave is tenured serial entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in startups and technology. Dave has a proven track record of achievement and success over the past 20 years of creating businesses and he has been involved in new technology for the past 15 years.
Jess Atwell, CEO
Jess is an international, C-level manufacturing executive with years of leadership experience. He has counseled fortune 500 CEO’s regarding world economics, business planning, execution and control along with particular emphasis on strategic acquisitions and mergers around the globe. His experience in market introductions of new exciting technologies has produced over $2 billion worth of sales around the globe.
Ed Lentz, VP of Technical Operations
Ed is an experienced telecommunications professional. Starting in the armed forces and continuing in the creation of the phone division at Midwest Detection. Ed has earned the Comp/TIA A+ and Net+ certifications. During his career Ed has worked with a diverse customer base and in locations around the country.

Randall Norton, CFO
Randy’s experience includes employment with a world-leading CPA firm performing audits
of Top-10 international chemical and automotive corporations. He co-founded a mid-Michigan CPA firm, becoming the sole owner in 1996. Following his brief 2016 retirement from public accounting, Randy began to participate in CQ management. He brings to CQ,
his hands-on experience with successful, privately-owned business clients and start-ups. His experience includes all aspects of finance, business structure, tax planning and growth.

Jack is an accomplished IT professional with a vast amount of experience introducing novel IT products and services to the marketplace. He is nationally recognized for his ability to align organizations and technologies in ways that facilitate business growth and best serve the needs of key constituencies, including customers, strategic partners, investors, resellers, and employees.
Jack has held many domestic and international leadership positions with, NSA, NEC, EIS and Catalyst Research. He has a PhD in Information Management Technology, an MBA, and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
As Business Development Coordinator, Vanessa drives our company's growth by managing client accounts, coordinating outreach efforts, creating and building strong community relationships. Representing CQ at social events and fundraisers, helping to strengthen partnerships and supporting local initiatives.
With years of experience owning and operating an award winning business. She brings firsthand knowledge of management, marketing, and social media strategy. Her background in entrepreneurship gives her personal insight to business development, creativity, dedication, and a strong understanding of what it takes to grow and maintain a successful brand.
