Full Wallboard - Wallboard widgets for queue based contact centers. Includes 3 widgets: waitings calls, agent list status, and queue info boxes. Widgets deliver realtime information about queue activity and statistics.

 

Queue Login - The plugin will show a queue selection window right after login into NimbusDashboard. The user will be auto added to selected queues as a member. On logout, the user will be removed from those queues automatically. In this way NimbusDashboard can be used as an Agent console and useful to track login and logout times for Agents using analytics packages.

 

Queue Stats - Shows Queue Stats Info Boxes, one for every visible queue on the panel detailing SLA, completed and abandoned calls, and average hold time.
