Allows for failover of a PRI or SIP Trunk to an IVR where the caller can be provided choices that then route to a cellphone or voicemail box.  $50 of the $55 is the setup fee.  $5 is a monthly charge on the customer's SIP Trunk or Hosted CQ Package.  This provides a single IVR.  If day/night is needed then multiple IVR failovers would need to be purchased.
