For out of box failures CQ will ship you an advanced replacement at no charge with a call tag for the item you wish to return. General ground shipping will be at no charge to you. If you wish to expedite that process shipping charges will occur.
For non-out of box issues, CQ will send you a replacement after the device has been returned to CQ and verified by our service department.
