For out-of-box failures, CQ will ship you an advanced replacement at no charge with a call tag for the item you wish to return. General ground shipping will be at no charge to you. If you wish to expedite that process shipping charges will occur.
For non-out-of-box issues, CQ will send you a replacement after the device has been returned to CQ and verified by our service department.
Devices being used on a Simply Hosted site will be treated the same as out-of-box failures. Please proceed accordingly.
